The Dr. Morgan Schuster Story
BACKGROUND
Dr. Schuster champions a holistic approach to healing, recognizing the intricate connection between mental and physical well-being. This philosophy stems from her lifelong immersion in naturopathic and holistic medicine. Growing up in bustling New York City, Dr. Schuster was exposed to homeopathic and integrative medicine at a young age, sparking her passion for holistic health at just 5 years old. Summers spent working on biodynamic farms deepened her connection to nature and the power of healthy, nutrient-rich foods. Her journey continued in a small Iowa community, where she discovered Ayurvedic medicine and meditation, further solidifying her belief in the mind-body-spirit connection for health and healing. Following her decorated undergraduate studies, Dr. Schuster's insatiable curiosity drew her to Seattle, WA, where she earned her naturopathic doctoral degree from Bastyr University.
EDUCATION
Dr. Schuster earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA. This accredited program combined a rigorous scientific foundation with in-depth training in evidenced based complementary and alternative medicine including botanical medicine, homeopathy, physical medicine, pharmacology, counseling and nutrition. Dr. Schuster further expanded her skillset through additional coursework, gaining expertise in areas such as IV therapy, pediatrics, fertility support, and adjunctive oncology. Dr. Schuster received honors in counseling from Bastyr University. She also completed additional coursework in constitutional homeopathy from the New England School of Homeopathy (NESH).
ADDITIONAL TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
After graduating from Bastyr University, Dr. Schuster honed her skills in adjunctive oncology and side effect management. She received specialized training that positioned her for a rare opportunity – supporting cancer patients at renowned institutions including Swedish Cancer Institute and Northwest Medical Specialists in Washington. Leveraging this invaluable experience, Dr. Schuster transitioned to a thriving primary care practice, where she now offers comprehensive care for a wide range of health concerns.
Dr. Schuster's New WA Clinic Location
Dr. Schuster will be joining Peak Performance & Prevention in Washington starting April 22nd, 2025. She will continue to offer telemedicine services to her patients in California and Washington through Peninsula Integrative Medicine.
